1. Definitions

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.2 Account Registration Process

To create an mc99 Account, you must provide accurate and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and residential address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password). Any activity conducted through your Account is your sole responsibility. You must notify mc99 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

Each player is permitted one (1) Account only. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances.

3. Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

4.2 Deposit Processing Times

4.3 Currency

All deposits, wagers, and withdrawals are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mc99 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. If you attempt to deposit funds in a currency other than IDR, your transaction will be rejected.

5. Withdrawals and Processing Times

5.1 Withdrawal Process

To request a withdrawal, log into your mc99 Account, navigate to the Withdrawals section, and select your preferred withdrawal method (bank transfer or e-wallet). Enter the amount you wish to withdraw and confirm the transaction. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name and verified during KYC. 5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before requesting a withdrawal, you must have wagered at least 1x (one times) your total deposited amount on the platform. This anti-money-laundering requirement ensures deposits are used for legitimate betting purposes. Bonus funds are subject to specific wagering requirements as outlined in Section 6. You cannot withdraw bonus funds until all wagering requirements are met. Any pending bonuses may be forfeited upon withdrawal request.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

6.1 Bonus Eligibility

6.3 Maximum Bet Limits with Active Bonus

While wagering bonus funds, you are subject to a maximum bet limit (typically Rp 50,000 per bet for slots and Rp 100,000 for sports). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings. The maximum bet limit will be clearly stated in the bonus terms.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mc99 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings if we detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple welcome bonuses, colluding with other players, exploiting system errors, or employing strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event). Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will be suspended and balances forfeited.

7. Betting Rules and Settlement

7.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets placed on mc99 are subject to acceptance by our system. We reserve the right to reject or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly for unusually large stakes or bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to system error. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed in your bet slip, it is considered final and cannot be canceled except in cases of obvious error (palpable error).

7.2 Palpable Errors

If mc99 discovers a palpable error in odds, bet acceptance, or bet settlement (for example, a football match listed at 100.00 odds due to a technical glitch), we reserve the right to void all affected bets and refund stakes. Common palpable errors include: incorrect odds that significantly deviate from market average, incorrect event information, bets accepted after an event has started when live betting was not intended, or system malfunctions affecting bet settlement.

7.3 Bet Settlement

Football bets are settled based on the final result at the end of regulation time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless otherwise stated (e.g., "To Qualify" markets include extra time and penalties). Casino game results are determined by certified random number generators (RNG) and are final. Togel draws are settled based on official results published by Singapore Pools, Hong Kong Jockey Club, or Sydney Pools as applicable. Sabung ayam matches are settled based on the referee's official decision at the arena. In the event of disputes, mc99's records are considered definitive.

7.4 Voided or Abandoned Events

If a football match or sporting event is abandoned, postponed by more than 24 hours, or not completed, all bets on that event will be void and stakes refunded, unless the market has already been determined (e.g., a "First Goalscorer" bet where a goal was scored before abandonment). Mix parlay bets (accumulators) with one voided selection will have that selection treated as void; the remaining selections will stand at recalculated odds.

8. Responsible Gaming

8.1 Age Restriction

10. Account Suspension and Termination

10.1 Grounds for Suspension

mc99 may suspend or terminate your Account if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

• You engage in prohibited activities listed in Section 9.
• Your account shows signs of fraudulent or suspicious activity.
• You fail to complete KYC verification within 30 days of request.
• We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority.

10.2 Consequences of Suspension

If your account is suspended, you will not be able to log in, place bets, or request withdrawals. Any pending bets will be settled according to their outcome. If the suspension is due to a breach of terms, mc99 reserves the right to void all bets and forfeit your account balance. If the suspension is due to a misunderstanding or administrative error, your account will be reinstated and balances restored once the issue is resolved.

10.3 Voluntary Closure

Any remaining balance after settling pending bets will be returned to your registered bank account or e-wallet. Closure for responsible gaming reasons (self-exclusion) is permanent and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
